Sound & Tracks
Every track in the tbd 16 has its own sound engine — a Machine — its own parameters, and its own mixer channel. This section covers everything that shapes what a track sounds like. For a full catalog of sound engines, see the dedicated Machines section.
How it’s organised
- Sound Parameters are the synthesis/sample controls — what kind of sound it is.
- Track Parameters are per-track performance controls like pitch, length, arpeggiator, and euclidean generator.
- Track Mixer is the per-track mix — level, pan, and effect sends.
- Macros & Presets explain how a Machine becomes a playable instrument, and how to browse and save sounds.
